It’s time for the annual S&C Ski Trip!
Join us on the annual S&C Skitrip! Where you will be skiing in Zell am See, with over 400km of slopes. Enjoy time off with your team and colleagues, party in the best après-ski bars and clubs. And to top it off, get ready for the cabaret night!

For who: All S&C employees and also open for befriended colleagues, alias “frolleagues”, outside of S&C!!

What can you expect?
You will stay either in Hotel Latini or Hotel Schutthof, both right across from the other. On Saturday you will arrive in Zell am See Süd and our team will be ready to get you on the slopes as soon as possible. The next couple of days exist of skiing, snowboarding, drinking a few Aperol spritz, and of course the world famous cabaret! A detailed program will be available a couple weeks before the trip.
You will be staying in two very nice hotels at the best spot of Zell am See. Both hotels include a large wellness area featuring a sauna, steam room, and swimming pool. Every morning there’s a rich breakfast buffet and two of the nights you will have dinner at the hotel. The other night you will dine outside the hotel at an unique location. More info soon!
Also, from the hotel it is only a couple minutes of walking to the lifts of the Zell am See ski area. It is also possible to go skiing or snowboarding at Saalbach-Hinterglemm or Kitzsteinhorn. Plenty of possibilities for everyone!
For those not hitting the slopes, there are plenty of valley activities available, such as winter hikes and skydiving. Ripstar can help with booking these experiences. Contact us for more details.

When is the application deadline?
The deadline is November 12th
What are the payment options?
You have to make a downpayment of 30%, the final payment is due 6 weeks prior to the start date (20-01-2025)
How does it work with ski and snowboard lessons?
Ripstar has their own instructors. Based on your skill level and experience, you will be placed in the designated group. Our instructors are Dutch and English speaking and will make sure you will improve, no matter what level you are.
We recommend that first timers take a minimum of 2 lessons. The lessons can be 3, 4 or 5 hours. Check the prices for all details.

How does it work with rental gear?
On Saturday morning the Ripstar team will be ready at the hotel to hand out all the rental gear. Based on your sizes you entered during the booking process the rental gear will be the right fit and size. On Monday evening you can return the gear.
If something doesn’t fit, we will have enough spare sizes available.
What does Basic or Pro rental gear mean?
If you want to rent ski or snowboard equipment, it will be ready for you at the chalet upon arrival. If something doesn’t fit or gets damaged, we will repair the equipment on-site. We offer two options for rental equipment: Basic and Premium.
Basic Skis / Snowboard
Skis for beginners to intermediate skiers. Are you skiing on blue slopes, just starting on red slopes, or beginning to ski or snowboard? Then this is the most suitable equipment for you!

Can you handle at least red slopes and do you like to go a bit faster? Then the Premium skis/snowboard are for you.

A ski set or ski’s includes a set of poles.
How do I get to Zell am See?
There are several ways to get to Zell am See.
By car. And carpooling
By train. The Zell am See train station is close by and only a 9 minute bus ride from the hotel. There are also taxis available right in front of the train station that will bring you to the hotel for a small fee. Or you can always ask your colleagues to pick you up from the train station. There are many trains arriving and departing from Zell am See and we would also recommend taking the Nightjet to Zell am See.
By bus. More info in the question below.
By plane. We can help you book a transfer from and to the airport by a minimum of 6 people.
How does it work with the bus?
You can book the bus for €139 for a round trip. There will be charging points, enough leg space and enough stops. We work together with the same bus company for many years now and customers have always enjoyed their journey.
Departure is at 19:00 on Friday at ITO and return is on Tuesday after breakfast around 10:00.
A minimum of 45 people need to book the bus in order to keep the same price. If there are less then 45 people, we will contact you personally to find a suitable other option.
What type of rooms are available?
There are double and triple rooms available.
Can I pick my own type of room?
No, during the booking process it is not yet possible to indicate your roommate preferences. The ski committee will reach out to you approximately 1 month prior to the ski trip to gather your preferences. Afterwards, they will try to make a roomplan according to those preferences.
Are there any single rooms available and what are the costs?
Yes, there are 6 single rooms available at request, depending on career level (to be discussed with the Ski Committee). The additional costs are €40,- per night. You can add this during your booking proces.
Can I change anything after I already booked?
Yes. Up to 3 weeks prior to the start of the skitrip you may change your booking. A fee will be in place of €30 per time we have to change your booking. All changes can be made by emailing: groups@ripstar.nl or call the customer service at 020-6886090
